That restaurant has delicious food, perfect for a special dinner. The atmosphere is super cozy, with a decoration of very taste. The tables are arranged in a way that makes you comfortable. You can see that everything has been thought out in the smallest detail to provide an amazing experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a pleasant evening.

Great for gluten free food , and you can get a fry anytime of the day ( also gluten free) . I find that going onto papa browns it has good food and service and I found it cheaper than Springsteen's , it's reasonably priced . At the moment papa browns is good , and would recommend it ( so far haven't had a bad meal and been using it quite often , and definitely a place you can take someone who needs to eat gluten free , especially the fry )

Appreciate the effort to include vegan options on the menu! However the vegi burger smelt and tasted like vomit. Chips were lovely though.

We came here on New Year's day and the food was absolutely beautiful, there was plenty of choice on the menu and friendly staff, I couldn't fault the service or food.

Very comprehensive gluten free menu, including tobacco onions, gluten free wraps, gravy, etc. They even have a dedicated fryer for gf chips and will prepare gf burgers separately to avoid cross contamination. Staff were very knowledgeable about allergens - I really appreciated it! Mulled wine was an extra delight. Would definitely be back!

I went for lunch with two friends and ordered the full fry at £9.50. The fry was less than ‘full’ being filled out mostly with potatoes and soda bread. I only got one skinny sausage and asked if I could have another. When I paid the bill, they had charged an extra £1.80 for the sausage! This is a joke, it’s really just a small fry with extra fried bread. I could have eaten a better fry in almost anywhere else in Carrickfergus for about £7. I usually go here for their excellent steak and chips but I won’t be back.

I’ve been going to Papa Browns for years. Unfortunately lately it has left a lot to be desired. My last order was poached eggs and toast. The toast was burnt and the eggs were cold. Not good enough for the price you pay. Very expensive place. Sadly I’ll not rush back.
